What you're buying

Our products are digital files for your own personal use. When you buy one, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download and use it on your own devices.

What you may not do

Resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the files.
Claim the designs as your own or use them to create competing products for sale.
Upload the files anywhere others can download them.

The designs, layouts, and artwork remain the intellectual property of Softly.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally, so there is no physical shipment. You're responsible for downloading your files and keeping your own copy.

Disclaimer

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Softly is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

Changes
