Refund policy

Every Softly product is a digital download. Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered or downloaded.

If something's wrong, tell us

We want you to be happy with your planner. If your file won't open, downloaded incorrectly, or you received the wrong colorway, email us at hello@softlyplanner.co within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll make it right — a working file, the correct colorway, or another fair fix.

Before you buy

Please check that your device and app support PDF imports (for example GoodNotes, Notability, or Noteshelf). Digital planners are not printed products and nothing physical ships. If you're unsure whether a product fits your setup, reach out before ordering and we'll help.
